• The lounge consists of an eighteen hundred square foot observation, dining, kitchen, restroom with shower and office area.
  
• The lounge is well insulated, heated, and air conditioned.

Arenas

• The beautiful indoor sprinkled arena is sixteen feet high, seventy two feet by one hundred twenty feet wide and is surrounded with sky lights and artificial light for evening riding.
  
• There is a full outdoor arena sand footing with professional jump course and round pen.
• Saddle Lake offers a full trail course.
